1 1/2 cups King Arthur flour                    

2/3 cup Domino golden sugar

3/4 tsp baking powder                       

3/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt        

1 large egg

1 cup sour cream

5 TB butter melted                         

1 tsp vanilla                                                                       

3/4 cup Ghiradelli chocolate chips


Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Combine the egg, sour cream, butter and vanilla. Then add them to the dry ingredients and mix with electric mixer. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop into muffin tin cups and sprinkle tops with white sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until tops are just a little golden about 12 minutes.
